This is the Scalextric Ford XY GTHO – Allen Moffat n.65E 1971 Bathhurst 1/32 Analog Slot Car. The Class E Ford XY GTHO of Allan Moffat is one of the all-time greats of Bathurst. 1971 saw Moffatt put the car on pole for the Hardie-Ferodo 500 and win the race by a lap from his nearest rival. Whilst a ‘boxy’ looking car, the GTHO was a fearsome competitor, combining great straight-line speed with pinpoint handling.
